As a lifelong resident of Callaway County, I learned early the value of hard work, community, and helping your neighbors. Growing up in rural Missouri, I participated in FFA and FBLA, volunteered at the Callaway Senior Center, and worked throughout high school before attending Westminster College in Fulton to study Political Science.
My career in healthcare and Missouri Medicaid services showed me up close what working families are up against, from getting in to see a doctor to keeping the bills paid. It only made me more certain that government should work for everyday people, not just the folks at the top.
I'm running for the Missouri House to fight for working families, rural communities, family farms, unions, public schools, and first responders across Mid-Missouri. Families first, community always. That means standing up for public safety and finally giving rural Missouri a stronger voice in Jefferson City.
Missouri's 49th House District takes in the heart of Callaway County: its farms, its small towns, its schools, and its main streets.
In Fulton, in Holts Summit, out on the farms along the river, this district is full of people who get up every day and do the work that keeps Missouri running. They deserve a representative who's honest, who shows up, and who actually understands rural life because she's lived it. That's why I'm running.
